The crutches and wheelchair were a temporary annoyance.
I'm without them now... but ohmy did I ever learn a lot about what people
go through who do have to use them all the time. The majority of the time
I was at the convention, and in the airports, I was in that damn chair.
Gives one a whole new perspective on what others have to put up with...
Don't EVEN let me get started about resturants, public washrooms,
carpets in hotel lobbies, or crossing busy streets. grrrrrr!
